The existing PPT Viewer service has been terminated. You can use the Office 365 subscription service that allows you to use Web PowerPoint or the installed version on your desktop, or if you use Polaris Office or Hancom Office, you can even edit on your PC. However, if you do not need to edit on a PC or want to work mainly for presentations using tablets and mobiles, we provide a service so that you can use PowerPoint for Microsoft 365. It is also available for Windows OS on Android, iOS versions and Windows Mobile versions of 10.1-inch or smaller mobile phones and tablet PCs. Create presentations and use them across devices.
Main features and usage
Those who know or have already used Microsoft PPT feel convenient in that they can easily and quickly make PPT on any device. Although the PPT Viewer service for Desktop has ended and you have to use the full version, it provides presentation functions for laptops, large tablets, and mobile devices. Provides presentation slideshow and drawing review and editing functions, OneDrive and Dropbox file access and cloud storage functions. It provides team member invitation and simultaneous editing features, so you can invite others to collaborate with one click, work on slides together, and get feedback.
PPT tablet version
Slide show presentation function
The PPT available in the free tablet version is optimized for slideshows. In addition to presenting the layout neatly, you can make a presentation using PPTX that can be used as it is edited.
Individual slide editing
In the tablet version, the slide editing provides the user-selected features they need. Not only does it bring many of the various and complex features of the desktop, but it is also organized to facilitate editing of individual slides.
Beyond the slideshow function, you can make detailed PPT corrections, edit text, draw pictures such as color and highlight selection, insert, transition, and edit animations. Just click on the part you need and edit it.
Because it supports cloud services, you can load or save files from OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. You can build an environment that can be retrieved from anywhere by using the cloud storage service you use.
PPT mobile version
The mobile version provided with the tablet version is tailored to the user’s convenience enough to say that it has brought its functions intact.
Slide show presentation function
Like the tablet version, it supports slideshow function. You can write a script by using notes along with the page being shown. Go to the saved page by selecting the slideshow page shown below
Mobile editing function
After creating the PPT, you can edit the slides. Just like the tablet version, you can select a slide theme or use drawing tools. Unlike the tablet version that built a horizontal full screen, the UX/UI of the mobile version with the vertical screen divided in half is highly intuitive.
MS PowerPoint for desktop requires the use of a subscription Office program. You can use Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, and you can use the free trial version for one month. Because you pre-order payment, you won't be charged if you cancel your subscription before the end of the month.
PowerPoint provides default themes, but often uses a variety of user-created templates. You can use Slidesgo, which provides clean templates for presentations for free.
Office365 and MS account are required to use web powerpoint. You can save and use files in OneDrive or Dropbox right from the web. The usage is the same as the previous installed version.
